Mama Bubba was created to help mums find connection, confidence, and a little calm amidst the beautiful chaos of motherhood.
Founded by Jane, a qualified yoga teacher with over 9 years of experience and mum of three, Mama Bubba offers welcoming classes and events that support women from pregnancy through the early years of motherhood.
Our sessions include Pregnancy Yoga, Mum & Baby Yoga, Baby Massage, wellness events, brunches, and community meet-ups, all designed to nurture both mum and baby. Whether you’re preparing for birth, recovering postnatally, looking to bond with your baby, or simply craving adult conversation and friendship, you’ll find a warm and supportive space here.
At Mama Bubba, we believe motherhood was never meant to be done alone. Our mission is to help mums move their bodies, calm their minds, make meaningful friendships, and enjoy the journey of motherhood together.
